Can only play on 4g

For about 6 weeks if I try to play using WiFi I can't get bonus spins etc. I have uninstalled and reinstalled game several times but no luck. I have also cleared cache. I don't want to have to use my data allowance to play any more so unless anyone can tell me how to sort this out I will just have to uninstall all king games

The extra spin feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find this feature in your game. Sometimes such features may be missing in the game due to temporary problems and then it returns to the game normally.

Keep playing the game and I hope you get back to this feature soon

Hello @Sturner and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community. As my friend @kiara_wael has pointed out - the free bonus spins wheel is a test feature, so some people who had it now no longer do (I don't have access to it now either).

However I am wondering if you have ad blockers or other firewalls with your internet/WiFi. This can affect how your game is played. I have noticed that the King games (some more so than others) can be very sensitive to a strong and steady signal in order to play the game with all its features. Can you not do the daily booster wheel spin or sign in to the store either? If not this usually indicates the game thinks you are playing offline. I would check what type of security settings/firewalls you may have set-up and if necessary consider modifying them.

The Extra Moves Wheel as all extra features or bonuses in the game may not always be available or can be found in the same version as previously.

Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.

But it isn't just the free spin. It is telling me there is no Internet connection when there is and I have seen many people mentioning this before. It has happened to me before but has been sorted out after a few days, but this time it must be for six weeks or so.

@Sturner This is your issue in post below unfortunately this is still being looked into and we have no time frame for a fix for this at the moment. Hopefully it will be solved soon.

But as I have said before it's no just free spins. It is on everything, daily bonus, chocolate box etc as well. It is ridiculous it has been going on for so long. With a new game I can understand there will be issues but candy crush has been going for years.

@Sturner Feel your frustrations but all we do here is try to help people with there issues and try to help resolve them. This issue is for the game team to try to resolve and i know they will be doing there best to solve this as it is effecting a lot of players. Apologies but all you can do is be patient and hope a fix is found soon.

Looked online and suggestion was to check app update, log out, restart device and then log in. App was up to date, so logged out and restarted phone and now it won't let me log in!

@Sturner whats happening when you try to log in? what error are you getting ?

Managed to log back in. If I try to play on wifi this is what I get at the end of each game

@Sturner again this is the issue that we are waiting on a fix for so you will need to be patient. only other thing you could try is a reinstall but you will LOSE any stored boosters and lives and it is not guaranteed to sort your problem. Really best to try and wait for a fix
