Log in using your King account username and password

Select "Sync progress" and you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account.

@Curtland58 Hi, on the facebook game play and complete a level. As it sometimes needs this to sync to the server correctly. Let us know how you get on with this
i have never synced with Facebook before but it says in the settings i have and i want my king account synced with my Facebook so i can play and see my friends
@Curtland58 If your game is saved on king account and you have sync account. You should have no problems. All you can do is check game is up to date log out and restart your device. Then log back in. For some reason it is not syncing and as your game is saved on king account this is strange
Hello @Curtland58 and a very warm welcome to our wonderful King Community! I am sorry you are having this problem. Are you just playing on a PC? I play only on mobile devices and have my accounts synced between both accounts.
If you play on a mobile device you might try this:
Go to the opening page of the game and click on "my profile" then on the next page sign out of whichever account you have been playing on - I am assuming your king.com account. Then once you are signed out the opening screen will say "Played Before?" click on this and then sign in with your FB account and then see if you are at the correct level (same as in your King account).

@Curtland58 yes i know you have explained that but if you have only synced the king account to facebook this once there should be no problems. You can only sync 1 account to facebook so if you have done it before this is why it is not working. You first statement says it is already synced.
You may need to contact customer services from your game as they may need to help you with this
