Connection Issue

When I try to save my progress, it says..There is a connection error try again later....it just won't connect via Facebook or email. Any ideas??

@boredmagnet20_ Hi sounds like you have this issue but at present the game team are working on a fix for this but at the moment there is no time frame on a fix for it. So you need to be patient.

The issue with your avatar not showing or spinning is a Facebook issue, King and Facebook are working together to try and resolve this problem but again there is no time frame for a fix for this. Please see post below for detailed information

Are you trying to save the game for the first time? If this happens you will not be able to save your game progress since your game app has been corrupted.😔 You can also try by following the steps below.

Check Game App update - Clear Cache data( Android only) - Restart Device - Open game & try to Save.

If the above steps do not solve your problem then you need to uninstall the game app and you will lose your game progress completely. However it will be possible to return your game progress manually, through our CM.

Let me know the current status of your game.😉

Before you uninstall your game, have you tried updating, logging out, restarting your device and logging back in? Sometimes this helps. If you've done this and no help then follow the advice of Sukanta.

I've tried all of your suggestions but it still doesn't work. My profile picture doesn't show either now!

You have to make sure that your phone is connected to the Internet and log in to the game if you are connected to the Internet and the problem continues to appear. You must delete the game and download it again for you to get rid of the problem

Yes if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters and live can be lost and just saved Levels.

I think that as it's an IT problem, I will just have to be patient!
