Unfortunately a lot of other players also complained about this issue today. sounds like you have this issue but at present the game team are working on a fix for this but at the moment there is no time frame on a fix for it. So you need to be patient.

Update the game, it may be an old version, or delete the game and then download it to get the latest version and get rid of problems, you may have bad communication or there is a technical glitch of the game itself or problems in your email
