Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
As far as hearing back from Player Support, please be patient, with so many people at home - there is a much higher demand on their time and they are working as hard as they can, but it may take a few days to get a response.

Hi @dodakim welcome, if you look at the graph for Fantastic 5 you team scores do not add up to 7000. There is a problem with the graph which the game team are trying to fix but it is only the graph when you team reaches the required score you will receive your reward but there will just be a delay.. as long as its in the time frame.
For 2nd reward not receives please use advice from @kiara_wael and contact customer support from your game

Through the first picture, you will not get the prize because there is a time frame for you and your group to get the prizes when the time is up, you will get the prize. As for the second picture, you must inform the support department in your game of what is happening in order to understand your problem because the community here does not deal with these problems

As far as Fantastic 5 is concerned your team scores do not add up to 7000. If you manually add them it is not 7000.
This is a graphic issue and already reported. King studios are working on it and hopefully soon it will be fixed.
Secondly you need to cobtact direct support from game and hopefully they will take a quick action in your favor.
