I just completed level 4194 and the red candies were not added to my total. Why, as I was already on the board?

This is annoying, of course, your connection to the Internet was probably not stable at the moment, or the connection to King was disrupted. However, it should also work offline. Unfortunately, problems like this happen occasionally, don't take it too hard, keep playing

Please do the basic trouble shooting process.

Log out your game application, update game application, clear cache, switch off and on your device, wait for 5 minutes and log in.

Sometimes some problem or glitches do happen but keep your game updated and keep enjoying the game. Best of luck.

@attilathelunn Hi and welcome, sorry to here this has happened to you, sounds like you had a bad or slow connection issue, but im afraid all you can do is try the tips above to see if they help or just keep playing to collect red candies. Have you done a search to find the best level for red candies. Good luck with your space race hope you win as the boosters from this are very handy indeed.

Also while you are here have you seen some of the contest for Candy crush saga, There are a few at the moment that have the chance to win gold bars for your game. Gold also very handy to have for your game progression
