I am sorry to hear that you are having an issue in your game!

But, would you mind explaining about the issue a bit more? What do you mean by "you cannot get back on"? Is the game not allowing you to log-in into the game? Or are you not able to find your level and taken back to level # 1?

The more details you provide, the better it will be for us to assist you in best possible way.

So the game advised me to update and now I can’t get it back I downloaded it again through FB but I can’t find my level I have to start all over again the first time this happened I was on 2000 something I didn’t play for a year now I been back on for eight months and I was in the 1200 and I can’t find it saved anywhere.

@kids1627 Hi and welcome. sorry to here this has happened to you again, firstly if you have connected to the same facebook account. some times you need to play and complete a level for it to sync to the server correctly. try this and see it restores your level.

If not follow @aijaziqbal post for restoring your levels.

If this does not work or you have any problems, please come back to us with your game ID and level and i can pass this on to the CM, who maybe able to manually restore your levels
