Where has my fantastic 5 team gone?

When I first started Candy Crush saga, my fantastic 5 team was there, which helped me a lot and now it has gone. Does anyone know why? If so please reply ASAP. Thank you and stay safe!

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Hi dear,
Actually f5 is a bonus feature and like all other bonus features it is also in the game as test features. Meaning that there is no guarantee that you will always find these features in your game. They can be replaced by any other feature or you might be excluded from that test group. However having said that it might be out due to some temporary issues. So we recommend you to always keep updated your game application and hoping that it might return to you soon.

Double check that you haven't turned it off as this feature can be disabled. Go to your cog setting wheel and then check features to make sure you haven't turned F5 off.

Hi @Freddy_Falkner , I play on an iPad and the Candy crush Saga I play came with my device.

H,i have you checked your ipad to see if that has an update, then check for game update. then log out and restart your device. lost my Fantastic 5 once but after restart it came back lost it for a couple of days
