Weekly Race

This has appeared and disappeared several times often when I am well ahead and on a Sunday when it re-sets!! I was on about 56 levels for the week with my nearest friend on 13 so I’m sure I have won. I login this evening after midnight and my weekly race has disappeared again. I have also had Space race disappear mid race. These features appearing and disappearing is very annoying. Why are they doing it?

Both Events belong to the test group so we can't say for sure you'll always find Events in your game. In some cases you may miss them due to temporary problems but after a while they usually come back.

Please do the standard trouble shooting process.

Log out , update your game application, clear cache, switch off and on your device and log back in.

However as above mentioned by Mr. Sukanta, all bonus features are test features and there is no guarantee that they will always be available ib your game. Besides they may also be out for some temporary problems. Hopefully it will be all settled down soon. Best of luck.

I understand that these features may not always be available but they really should not disappear mid race just as you are about to win. It is very unfair.

@alc1961 Hi and welcome and i am sorry to here you have experienced a problem with your game. Features really should not go missing during mid game but it does happen now and again unfortunately. Normally a temporary problem that causes this. We can only apologize and ask you to try the troubleshooting tips above and hope the features come back to you.

Hi there and good day to you. Totally understand your situation.

Have you tried disconnecting the game and reconnect or any of the abovementioned trouble shooting steps? If yes, hope it will re-appear... If not, Stay tune for other upcoming new events.
