Hi there Joan, are you referring to the Tiffi Beach Games ad? If yes, I've had it too and I just click the play button. Eventually, it disappears and it didn't re-appear after I enter my game 😀

We warmly welcome you to our adorable king community. As it was a new feature ad so may be a glitch in the begining just force close your game application and keep it updated i hope it will work fine. I now checked on my android device and working absolutely fine with cross button above the ad to close it. So hopefully it is settled down
How about you switch off your Internet Connection to open this game, after you play this game, you can switch on your Internet Connection that I hope you can continue to play this game? 😊

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.
