Also if you do not have any joy with this can you let us know as your the 2nd person with this issue today and it may need to be looked at by the game team

Hi there Joan, are you referring to the Tiffi Beach Games ad? If yes, I've had it too and I just click the play button. Eventually, it disappears and it didn't re-appear after I enter my game 😀

We warmly welcome you to our adorable king community. As it was a new feature ad so may be a glitch in the begining just force close your game application and keep it updated i hope it will work fine. I now checked on my android device and working absolutely fine with cross button above the ad to close it. So hopefully it is settled down
