Game not allowing me to use gold bars

I've noticed that recently when I am close to winning a game, but have run out of moves, that when I click to buy 5 more moves the game will only let me close the game. It won't let me use gold bars I have already bought to pay for extra moves. Sometimes , in the same situation, I go to buy gold bars and the game says I am unable to buy some for some reason. Am I getting ripped off or is there a flaw in the game?

    Is your app up to date? Have you cleared your cache and cookies recently and logged in & out of your profile recently. If not try those steps and resync your device

    You can do the standard troubleshooting process

    Logout, update game application, switch off and on your device and see if it solves.

    Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.

    Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
