Therefore you may not have the wheel available at times or no free spins are possible.

The extra move wheel is a bonus feature and like all other bonus features in the game it is not a permanent feature. Although it is there in the game for a long long time but there is no guarantee that any bonus feature will be always there for you. But it may also be out due to some temporary issues. Hi there Jonesgm and good day to you. If your booster wheel is missing please refer to Kiara and Aijaziqbal's response.

However, if the booster wheel is there but not spinning properly, it may be due to poor internet connection or game not up to date.

Please exit/log out from your game, check for any update for the app and update accordingly if you haven't done so, restart your device and log back in as usual and check whether the booster wheel is spinning.
