Lost Sugar Bonuses after Logging into Facebook

Last night before I went to bed I played several games and my sugar bonuses were at a certain level. Eg my color bombs were at 320 and hammer was 14. Then today I was prompted to save the game (a first time for me) so I did that with FB and to my horror I lost Half of what I had. My color bombs are 198 and I have only one hammer. I cannot remember the rest but I tried to log out but it seems like I cannot get back to where I was. I’m really upset about this. Please can you help me restore it? Thank you !

it’s the same device, but i was only connected through facebook. i just found this website for king games last night lol. it’s same fb account connected, but i think they did a reboot on my phone when i switched companies and i was told that any boosts earned on the app wouldn’t come back if app is ever deleted

Hi once again reinstalling your game will not affect your game progress or gold bars if you have saved it through facebook or king account. Sometimes after installation you may need to play one level to get back your progress. However please check the below link to restore your progress if you want to.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

Thank you everyone for trying to pitch in to help. I basically tried everything, from logging out and I deleted the game and reinstalled it. I saw that it went down to completely zero. Sigh. I have played this game long before a log in was required. I left the game for a year and a half, and just got back into it and it asked for me to save my progress, something new. Oh well. At the end of the day, I don't mind starting all over again from level one because it's fun to be able to blitz through it like a pro. LOL.

@gmsale Hi and welcome, If you have problems with reinstating your progress and you want to try to get it back. let us know as we can probably help you with this. The boosters would be lost if mobile device as they are saved on the device and uninstalling would remove them and they would be unrecoverable
