I did try every single level to meet 7000 points for the prize. But when i passed, i did not claim it, and then i can not pass the next levels cause i dont have power candy. So please solve this problem out. Thank in advance.
If you check your scores you'll see they don't add up to 7000. You only have 6290. There is a graphics issue in F5 that fools you into thinking you have won. Don't worry. Your scores are still being counted in the background and you will get the rewards when you actually reach 7000. Good luck.

There is a graphic issue in fantastic five at the moment which is already reported to studios.
Although the screen is showing 7000 target but if you add up the scores of all your team members it will not add up to 7000. So you are not taking your rewards unless you get the target. In the background the calculations are absolutely correct and once you reach the target you will get your reward.
King studios are trying to solve this graphic error.
In some cases the reward confirmation message is not forwarded, but the reward is credited to your account.So check out Booster Bank, you will surely get there. If not, let me know.😊

I would also advise you to keep playing since you only need about 800 points to reach 7,000 in 5 hours time. Still can catch up though because your point is being added in the background despite the graphic issue.
