A “We’ve updated our terms” screen appears on my iPad. “Accept” button is disabled. Can’t proceed.

    Thanks, I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and still can’t get past the Terms screen.

    You may try again later because it may be due to the lagging from the game server. Usually, by clicking the Accept button will enable you to proceed and play the game.

    @dianapaton Hi and welcome, can you check to see if you have an update in you app store and also see if there is one for the game. seen a few problems lately where ipad device needed updating. Install if available then restart your device

    How much free memory do you have left on the device? And what model is you iPad?

    You’ll find the model number on the back and it looks like this: A1586. You can also go to Settings > General > About and you’ll find the model number which looks like this example MG4F2QL/A.
