The extra spin feature is like any other bonus feature is not permanent feature. And like all other bonus features there is no guarantee it will always be available to you. These features are provided to some selected players. And also it may appear on different devices. I am also having it on my android and not having on my laptop.

Please also note that this may also be out due to some temporary problem and may return to you any time.

@sarma_palash123 Hi and welcome again. The free spin is a test feature so it is not always guaranteed to be in your game. Test features contain groups of randomly selected people. So this just means your not in the test group at present, but you could be in the future.

To check you are getting the features available to you. Check for game update, log out and restart your device, then log back in. This will make sure you game is as up to date as possible.
