Hi I got reward for tiffi's beach game

I've got lollipop hammer and fish booster but l didn't receive the colour bomb 3hours. Even one time also I didn't use. Very sad😢😢😢

Congratulations on achieving this i am lucky i got 1st prize. Unfortunately community can not help you in getting your reward. We can just advise you to update your game application. For missing reward u need to contact directly to support. Check my achievement here.

@udayaraj Hi and welcome, I am very sorry to here you did not receive your reward. For missing reward you will need to contact customer support from your game or from the contact us at bottom of page, but you will need your game ID for this.

Congrats in winning the Tiffi Beach contests. As suggested above, please proceed to contact Support team. You may get an automated response from your email but you have to reply to receive the second email from them. Just follow the instruction and hopefully, you will be compensated for your missing rewards.

I've personally lodged my issue with King's Support team and I got compensated for my missing gold bars that I didn't get in the game after winning the Fast Race challenge.
