The screen shots are from the ranking and all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
If you miss a reward from any other feature, please email Player Support
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.

The reason you have not received the reward because the contest still has 8 hours to go before it ends and reward the top 10 players! Just continue playing and hope you will stay in the top spot to claim your prize.

@Epc23 Hi and welcome, A few people have had this issue me included. To get any rewards that were not received you will need to contact customer support from your game and explain your issue or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this.

Seems like many people also have this issue and I've already prompted the CMs to look into it. Whilst waiting, I also suggest that you contact the Player Support as per link below.
The first email is automated and you have to reply and wait for their instruction...
