Tiffi's Beach Games contest disappeared!

Hello everyone!

I was on top three on this contest until 10 hour of expiration.

When i opened the game today there was not trace of ranking and the contest...help me plz!

@ciancy87 Hi and welcome. Please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device. then log back in. The feature is a timed event so will disappear when finished but should show you your ranking. More info on tiffi's beach game below

Tiffi Beach is in the Test Group

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

If missing reward from feature please report this to our Player Support Team here

Hi and welcome .

Please keep your game updated. The 1st phase of tiffi's beach event is finished and 2nd phase will start on wednesday.

However no bonus feature is permanent at the moment and they are shuffeling these features. But i hope it may appear to you any time soon.

I won the last week beach games contest but didn’t receive any rewards. As a matter of fact, the whole game results disappeared. Is this contest functionality working correctly?

Im sort of in the same boat I WAS NUMBER 1 WITH LESS THAN 3 HOURS LEFT AND NOW NOTHING ITS LIKE I NEVER PLAYED AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT DOES NOT RESPOND. I did all the tricks logged out logged backed in, refreshed....NOTHING! My best advice do what i did last time i stopped playing this game...FIND ANOTHER GAME, AND DELETE THIS ONE AS IM ABOUT TO AGAIN AS WELL!

Hi all will ask @kiara_wael to pass this on as i was also winning my beach contest and just gone to game and mines disappeared as well and all i have is tiifi beach game saying second beach game is on its way and directing me to the community

Hi all... I hope @Pounawea has some answers for you all. The event ended in my game an hour ago and I've collected 1 wrapped candy for 8th place...

Hope it won't happen on the 2nd series... fingers crossed!

@Pounawea Hi and thanks for the information, but just wanted to let you know that for me this feature has just disappeared i have no leader board or anything to share as its just gone to the next game coming soon. i was 1st yesterday evening but today its just gone ?
