I was winning the first Tiffi’s Beach Game contest last night. When I logged in this morning the contest was over but I did not receive any notification of my winning it seemed to have disappeared. Advice?

Please check your game is up to date and log out and restart your device. then log back in. The feature is a timed event so will disappear when finished but should show you your ranking

Hi there and good day to you.

Seems like many players are experiencing the same issue. You may follow the troubleshooting steps as suggested above first and see whether the event will re-appear and you get to claim your rewards. I don't have this issue and hopefully, I don't have it in the second challenge 😅I'm just guessing it could be due to game server problem that causes it.

Anyway, I hope our CMs can give some insights about this soon...Sorry to tag you guys again... @Pounawea and @Crazy Cat Lad 🙏

Hi @doctracy , welcome to our wonderful king community.

Some players already reported this and we are hoping soon this issue will be resolved and in the 2nd edition which will start on wednesday there will be no more issues.

 Thanks for posting. I am having the same issue. I was in first place and it seemed like I was going to win as I was well ahead of second place. But I did not receive anything either. I hope you get your reward and they get this fixed.

Kinda weird knowing it happened to someone else!

Will we get our reward for the first edition? I used a lot of boosters to win. Not happy with your reply of “it will be fixed “ in the next round. Seems very suspect and fraudulent.

@doctracy Hi and welcome, this has also happened to me i was in 1st place last night gone today and feature missing and just stating 2nd round coming soon, i have no idea where i finished, i have asked a CM to look into this, but for any missing reward please contact customer support from your game and explain your issue and they may help you with this or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page but you will need your game ID for this

How do you contact them through the game please? When I click on my profile, I see a couple of options but they just take me to this forum.
