@kirk50don Hi and welcome. the most likely reason is due to the facebook problem with spinning avatars. Since this problem started i have had a lot of friends go missing from my friends list. King are working with facebook to try to resolve this issue but we have no time frame on a fix for this

I would first suggest to log your game out of the Facebook account and then log in again. Let me know if these steps helped.
