Good afternoon, I was in first place in the Golden Crowns beach contest and they didn't give me my prize

Hi @RocíoD Hi and welcome this has happened to a few people i have passed this onto a CM so hopefully they can look into the issue as a few people have reported the same. Mine just disappeared so do not know were i finished but i was 1st

For any missing reward please contact customer support from your game and hopefully they will help you with this

Unfortunately this issue has been reported by various other players and already reported to our CMs. Lets be hopeful that issue will be resolved soon.
