The counter is stuck. AGAIN. Two accounts have logged in, and I just used a booster. No point gains. The timer is about to run out and we're going to lose all of our points AGAIN.
Note that this is with the team trying on both Windows and mobile (current versions of the application). It was fine till it hit 6995 and then it stopped.

Just do the normal trouble shooting. Log out. Update your game application switch off and on your device and log in to check again if it solves your case.
@steinein I just had someone with the same problem nearly they had one in the team receive there final gift but they had not. the general troubleshooting tips worked for them
Check for game update, log out and restart your device. then log back in. play a level and complete just to make sure it connects to server correctly
