I never received my reward
I have gotten first place in many things and received my rewards the first time I login after the competition is over. However, I just got first place for a challenge to who gets the most crowns. Issue/question is where and how do I get the reward; I never received anything. I was over 15 crowns ahead second and over 30 from 3rd with only two hours left so there is no way I didn't make the top.

@roundup Hi and welcome, there have been a few people who have had this issue with Tiffis beach challenge. i have also had this problem. I have passed this on to a CM so hopefully they can find some information on this.
For any missing reward you will need to contact customer support from your game and explain your issue or alternatively use the contact us at bottom of page.

Unfortunately many other players reported it yesterday about tiffis beach contest. We have no official answer on this now. We already bring this issue into CMs notice. We hope a positive answer will come out on this problem soon.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
