Not receiving lives

I have not received any lives from friends in months. I have checked in my FB settings and everything is still active. I am at level 7,352.

There is also a problem with Facebook which is causing avatars to continuously spin and not load, one of the results of this is that people are losing friends from there lists and not receiving any lives or being able to send. King are working with Facebook to try to solve this issue but we have no time frame on a fix

I agree with freddy it all started since the facebook profile pic malfunction started. It has been reported and king studios alongwith facebook are trying to resolve it. We hope it will be done soon.More details plz. Check👇
