Log out, update your game apllication, clear cache (using browser). Switch off and on your device and log in.
For missing reward i am sorry that community cant help you. You need to dirctly contact king support from your game application and inform about this. I hope a positive action will be taken to resolve this issue.

The screen shots are from the ranking and all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
If you miss a reward from any other feature, please email Player Support
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
