Help needed please

Hi I have played Candy Crush for many years. For several months now, I am unable to see my profile pic at top of screen, despite signing in and out of Facebook on all my appliances, several times. I also cannot see all of my usual friends list in the leaderboards. Now I have realised I am not getting updates for candy crush. I play on an iphone or iPad. Please can you help?

@TraDe Hi and welcome. The profile picture is a Facebook problem that is ongoing and is causing pics to constantly spin not load. king are working with Facebook to try to fix this problem but we have no time frame for a fix

There have been no update for iphone or ipad for 4 weeks but please check your settings for device update

there's a known issue about facebook connectivity that's preventing players from seeing facebook-connected friends and/or their own profile pic/photo. This is probably why you can't momentarly see them and send/receive lives from them. Players are advised not to try and solve it. King and Facebook are looking into this to find a solution but there's no time frame for it yet. And when the fix will be ready, it will be released through updates. Please make sure your app is up to date (I don't think another update version was released after the end of June though)

Its a well known issue related to facebook already reported. Both king studios and facebook are working together to resolve this issue. We are hoping soon it will be fixed.

 It usually happens when the game temporarily doesn't sense an internet connection so it can't connect to Facebook to bring up your profile picture. Luckily it is usually a temporary problem and should fix itself. Try shutting down your platform (PC, Android or IOS) and then turning it on again and log back in to the game and see if your profile picture is back.

Sometimes there is a connectivity issue with Facebook. If turning your machine off and on doesn't work, try disconnecting your game from Facebook (if it doesn't think you have an internet connection - it won't let you disconnect), then delete the FB app. Then reinstall the FB app and reconnect your game to FB and hopefully that will solve your problem.

It is a problem that has been going on for a long time. Look for an update for your game that may solve the problem or wait for the support team to solve it
