Treat Calendar has disappeared

Hi. Since upgrading my iPad to the iPad Air 3. My Treat Calendar has disappeared. Any Advise Please? I’m on level 2444.

@TracyH183 Hi, yes its seems that way but hopefully you will see this return for you in the near future, i lost the daily spin on one of my devices and had it from day 1 of playing.

In some cases, the Daily Calendar may be missing after logging in for a weak Internet or server problem.Right now some problems have been discovered on the game server and solutions are in the works. You may have to wait a while.

@TraceyH183 Hi and welcome. The Treat calendar is a test feature so it is not always guaranteed to be in your game. Test features contain groups of randomly selected people. So this just means your not in the test group at present, but you could be in the future.

To check you are getting the features available to you. Check for game update, log out and restart your device, then log back in. This will make sure you game is as up to date as possible.

Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Treat Calendar is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.

The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.

Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return

Thank you for your replies. I will look out for it’s return. Shame though as I have had the calendar for years! Seems strange to loose it after all this time :(

My treat calendar went missing for 4-5 days but yesterday it appeared. I hope for you also it may reappear any time. Just keep updated your device and game application. It may be having some temporary issues.

@Freddie_Falkner . It disappeared when I bought a new iPad and swapped over to the new device. Glad it’s back as the extra boosts are needed 😀

@TracyH183 You nearly got it my name ends with a y not the ie Lol. Just nice to here you have it back, Daily treat is one of those features everybody needs. just wish it had a hand swap still
