@buzzy5 Hi and welcome, if you are seeing cartoon characters as your profile i have to agree with @PummyRaj and say that your not connected to the game correctly and have the standard king avatar as your profile.
Check you are logged into your game and have decent internet connection.

Are you seeing "animal pictures" as the profile pictures of yourself and other players? If so, it means that you are logged out of the game.
All you have to do is go to "Profile" OR click on the tab "go to your saved level" and log in to the game with the details of your Facebook account OR King account and you will find yourself in the game at your level and you will find your profile picture is back too.

It usually happens when the game temporarily doesn't sense an internet connection so it can't connect to Facebook to bring up your profile picture. Luckily it is usually a temporary problem and should fix itself. Try shutting down your platform (PC, Android or IOS) and then turning it on again and log back in to the game and see if your profile picture is back.
Sometimes there is a connectivity issue with Facebook. If turning your machine off and on doesn't work, try disconnecting your game from Facebook (if it doesn't think you have an internet connection - it won't let you disconnect), then delete the FB app. Then reinstall the FB app and reconnect your game to FB and hopefully that will solve your problem.
