Hey! I log into the game and play daily. And for the past month or so, the treat calendar resets to day 1 instead of paying out the Day 7 reward. Not cool! Is this a known issue? So irritated by it that I’m considering scrapping the game. Hopefully it’s not widespread :(

May I know whether you play on the same device daily or different device or different browser because if you didn't play with the same device on consecutive days, most likely the treat calendar will reset?
If you also travel recently and change the time in your device, it may also reset the calendar. If this is correct, please set back the correct time zone.
Then log out from game or device, restart and log back in. Continue play and see whether you're able to collect the 2nd day reward the following day.

@seeaish Hi and welcome, Please chak your game is upto date and log out and restart your device. log back in. Also if you play via an internet browser clear the cache history ( this will start you calendar off on day 1 but may remedy the problem ).
Please note also if any changes are made to the date this can also reset your calendar
