Problems with level 6143

I find it very interesting that when I emailed the help desk they didn't mention the fact that many people were having the same problem. They made me feel that I just hadn't figured out how to win the level or that maybe the problem was my phone.

I don't know. I've tried to update my phone, cancel candy crush , logout and login again and absolutely nothing nothing helps me to get out of this level problems😔😔😔

First of all, I'd like to appreciate all the information reported here.

I merged together all the different comments in the discussions area so we can all share the latest information about this level.

Red key does not count as a red candy. When broken game ends and says OOPS. Deleted app and reloaded, and rebooted my phone. Still doesn’t work. Lost all my boosters too!

Cela dit je ne m'explique toujours pas pourquoi des amies à moi n'ont rencontré aucun problème à ce niveau et parvenaient à le passer alors que moi je restais bloquée! Si vous avez l'explication, je suis preneuse.

How do I complete this level?

I get rid of the red key and I fail as not enough targets available.

I get rid of the other keys , leaving the red key. I still get the same problem.

Seems impossible to complete this level.
