why does my game keep reseting

Every Week my levels reset on my game. I've lost over 1000 levels and i cant get them back. please help me get my game back

I hope the above link provided by freddy must be helpful in recovering your lost levels. But can you explain a little bit more details that are you saving your progress through facebook or through king account.

Also please perform the standard troubleshooting process, Log out , update your game application. Clear cache if you are playing through a browser, Restart your device and log in.

@cuddles0804 Hi that does, try to clear your internet browser cache / history and also check that you browser is up to date. You could also try a different browser. Also note that if date gets changed this can cause issues with your game

@cuddles0804 Hi , the trouble shooting tips will only make sure your internet browser is clean of data . Will reset everything so facebook game will work correctly. To get you levels restore you will need to contact support from your game and they will help you with getting your previous level restored
