@maryfitz Hi and welcome, sorry you have experienced this glitch but Can you first make sure your game is up to date and log out and restart you device, then log back in . Then could you try the level again and see if the same thing happens or it corrects itself. Sometimes this happens now and again with certain levels, it shouldn't but you may find it was a one time thing.
If it does not can you please let us know and we can get it passed on for the game team to take a look
