I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
With regards to not able to spend the Gold Bars ---> Looks like this issue is caused by spotty internet! Even-though the connection in your home says you have full power, the servers could be down in your area and/or at King side, which causes the issue.
If you are on WiFi, try to switch to Mobile Data and see if it improves. Or, if you have a chance and convenience, go to a library or a shopping mall, where there could be strong and uninterrupted internet. That could resolve the issue.
And with regards to the "wheel" ---> it is not the issue from your side. There are many players who are having this issue, and the Candy Crush Saga Community In-charge team are taking all those players' details whoever is having this issue.
Please go to this main thread and post your game user ID number ---> Wheel keeps Spinning & loading
Note: Please do not contact the Customer Support team, as they cannot help you with this particular issue. It is the Candy Studio that has / are looking into it.
