I I have been playing this game for 6-7 years. Never had such a persistent issue not connecting with friend. So I get no lives. And I have been trying to solve this problem for months to no avail. Can I talk to a representative?

Hi and welcome to the community. It is quite unfortunate but please try above steps by kiara and see if it solves your issue. As i can see your profile pic in the game it means you are correctly logged in. Actually we still have no information regarding facebook issue for profile pic and friends missing. It is been under process for quite some time now.
