@March9 Hi and welcome, All the features you mention are test features so they are not guaranteed to be in your game. Test features contain groups of randomly selected people. This just means your not in the test groups at present, but you could be in the future. Nobody gets all available features.
To check your getting features available to you . Check for update, log out and restart your device, then log back in again

The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Sorry For The Inconvenience But Its working Properly In My Or Other Devices.
If You have Problems So please Just Uninstall The Game And Reinstall After sometime
Log in your game. make sure you have good internet connection
Hope After this All working well.
But One Thing I want to mention you that after taking this action your all boosters will disappear from game because its saved on your own storage not online here.
And Watch Ads video Is Only Working on few user it not found in all player's games or on all devices. Randomly its working

So this could mean your not in that group anymore,but you could still be in the future. It could also just be a temporary problem why it is missing.

Please do the standard troubleshooting by, Log out, update your game application, Restart your device and login .
After this process whatever bonus features you will get that is available to you. All the bonus features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game. And you must be hopeful that they might return to you any time soon.
