Candy crush level 4397

The aim of this level is to collect yellow candies. When I play on iPhone and fire; once I have got my first one the game stops and says oops not enough order targets available when they’re all still on the board. I’ve logged out of both devices etc but nothing is fixing this glitch so I can’t progress. Help King - after many years of playing this is the first problem I’ve encountered

Please check app Store for updates and update the game if there's an update available.

Then force close the app (swipe it up) and restart your iPhone.

@123vivo Hi will check level now but you need to log out and restart your device and then log back in and then try level. There were a few level faulty that were fixed so this may have been one of them, but will check now

@123vivo checked this level on iphone and now has no issues, so if you log out and restart your device your problem should be solved

Sadly it isn’t :(

closed the game - switched phone off and on again. Logged out and in. Done everything I can to no avail :(

@123vivo Hi, very strange here is my screenshot of level just completed on Iphone

This level was also faulty for me but when fixed restart cured the problem straight away.

Can you check you device for an update as well as game

@123vivo Hi iphone is stange as mine working perfectly and no more complaints since fis. What is your fire ? sorry not quite get this

@123vivo Hi have checked on all 3 of my devices Iphone, facebook game and widows 10 app and all are working perfectly. Only option you have if you have logged out and restarted your device and logged back in is to contact support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page. you need your game ID for this and they will have to look at your issue

@Freddy_Falkner i should have added that it was working perfectly on both devices last night. I’ve deleted the app (and lost all my saved rewards 🤬) and reinstalled but that has solved the problem. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated

Check app update Log out of game restart device> open game and log in.
