Candy crush level 4397
The aim of this level is to collect yellow candies. When I play on iPhone and fire; once I have got my first one the game stops and says oops not enough order targets available when they’re all still on the board. I’ve logged out of both devices etc but nothing is fixing this glitch so I can’t progress. Help King - after many years of playing this is the first problem I’ve encountered

Then force close the app (swipe it up) and restart your iPhone.

closed the game - switched phone off and on again. Logged out and in. Done everything I can to no avail :(

This level was also faulty for me but when fixed restart cured the problem straight away.

Only option you have if you have logged out and restarted your device and logged back in is to contact support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page. you need your game ID for this and they will have to look at your issue
