Missing prize package for passing level 1460

After passing level 1460 I didn't receive the prize package for finishing the episode. What do I do?

For any rewards that are not given you need to contact customer support from your game or you can use the contact us at bottom of the page, you will need your game ID for this

Very sorry to hear that you didnt recieve your reward, please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, Clear cache/history if you are playing through browser, Restart your device and log in to check if it solves your problem. If not then i am sorry to inform you that community can not help you in missing reward and as freddy told above you have to contact player support through your game. I hope they will take positive action in your favour.
