Very sorry to hear that you didnt recieve your reward, please do the standard troubleshooting process by Log out, update your game application, Clear cache/history if you are playing through browser, Restart your device and log in to check if it solves your problem. If not then i am sorry to inform you that community can not help you in missing reward and as freddy told above you have to contact player support through your game. I hope they will take positive action in your favour.
