Level 4397 - getting in touch with King. Is it even possible?

I did everything but uninstall and reinstall!! I didn't want to lose all of my saved up boosters (over 100 boosters saved)...but got up this morning and it is magically working now ! Just cleared the level on 2nd try ! Now to get credit for the 2 day chest that I bought ! I lost at least 15 hours of my purchase not being able to move ahead !!
