My game keeps freezing

I have tried to play 10 times in the last 6 days and each time, the game freezes where the animations are stuck but the sound continues. I am on level 1039 and don't want to lose it.

This is a very old device and I don't know how to clear the cache files. I am using an Apple device but my parents got it when I was very young so I don't know which model it is.

@ExtremeCB Check for an update for your phone and then check for game update. You will need to check your device has 2gb of free storage space aswell . So if you have not try to free up some space. My iphone i can not clear cache i can only clear all data so you may find you do not want to do this as you will lose all stored boosters or lives, unless its absolutely necessary
