2 days ago I was in distressed as 69 golds was swept away from my account. This happened when my screen froze & I was trying to force close the app. However when the app resumed I noticed that 69 golds was missing. Your support team just “cut & paste” the troubleshoot answer which I now know how to solvlve. However my concern is that the 69 golds which is hard earned has not been restored. I sincerely hope u can assist me to restore the 68 golds.

Very sorry about this mishap. Unfortunately community can not help you in restoration of your gold bars. We can just guide you the correct forum. You have to directly contact the player support from your game or you may use the below link to contact them.
You may need your user ID to do so.
