i am a candy crush saga player my level 37 and i have progressed to the stage 644

the game is only saved for m until stp 589 and gives a connection eror update game but the error has not been resolves

According to your screenshot, your game app has some connection issues and that is why your game is not syncing to the server. Since you are using Windows 10 App, I suggest you reinstall the app.

There may be a problem even if your App is not updated, so check the update HERE first.

Update your application, exit and log in again to play the game, delete the internal storage, then link your account to the game

@mohsencandy12 Hi and welcome, your error message is the fault listed in post below. For this the only option is to uninstall and reinstall. As you are playing via win 10 app everything should be backed up on king servers

Hi @anatim please follow @Freddy_Falkners tips above. But please make sure your game is saved first and be aware if you have any boosters you will loose them as they are saved to your device not to the game 👍🙂
