Hi my brother was showing me a deal that was in events and now it’s not there it was the Summer Deal

Some feature is in the Test Group so we cannot say for sure that you will always find this feature.
The Fun Event menu returns when the game is regular. Probably no event is currently active for you so the menu is not available.
Keep playing the game, your fun event menu will return.

You may ask your brother to log out from game, restart device, wait for at least 10-20 sec and log back into the game as usual. Play a level and go to the event page, open and view event available on that page. If the Tiffi summer beach event is not shown, most likely it has been removed from the game since it's a test feature.
However, if your game play is not significantly affected, just continue playing the game and stay tune for any new events/challenges that may be introduced to you from time to time 😉
