@jsimm002 Hi and welcome, In the case of mobile devices you cannot transfer boosters or lives as they are stored on the device itself. It suggested you use your old phone until your boosters are used up. Only thing that will transfer is your level and gold bars.

Logins and boosters are stored in the device’s memory, not the game’s memory, so you do not keep many boosts in the game because if you update the game or delete it and then install it again or delete the cache, you will lose the boosts

You can sync over your levels and Gold Bars with your Facebook or King account.

Boosters and Lives and saved directly on your device and to transfer these you will need to use a backup system that your device provides, like a SD-card, iCloud etc.
