I checked your game in our system and it shows 5 Gold Bars were credited from the Episode Race to your game on both 7th and 28th of August.
So I can't find any errors in your game. Seems like a graphical issue only?
Make sure the app is updated, force close the app and restart the device usually helps on most issues.
You can also reinstall the app as a last resort, but please note that Boosters and Lives will be lost in the process.
If you have any further issues with rewards, please email Player Support directly from the game. From the game's Settings and Help Center so they get all game data and can take a closer look at this.
Hello... yes u r correct.. they were credited those dates.. one was from episode race and other was from some Challenge i had completed.. that episode race gold bars i had won when i had uninstalled And re-istalled the game. Only that one time i had won after that again i am facing the same issue..despite of winning the episode race everytime on 1st position..i FAILED TO RECIEVE THE GOLD BARS... i cant everytime unistall and reinstall for each episode. Please check.. thank you

just now i did he troubleshoot where i logged out then logged in from 1 other players account and then again logged in from my account.. i was on level 6919 (6920 was last level to Finish the race)when my episode race shows that i have won 3 gold bars. I claimed those bars . Then it showed me to complete level 6921 to start the race. I did so. And now again its telling me to complete next level . I am attaching a screenshot for your reference . Please resolve.. m really fed up
