Please update your app as per the guide from the Help Center as this issue has been on-going for quite some time but recently got fixed.
To resolve this issue in your game, please make sure you have updated your game in the app store to the latest version (1.182). You do not need to uninstall or delete/reinstall the game. Just check the game page in your device-specific app store and make sure you have updated to the current version.
Upon updating the app, restart your device and log back in your game as usual.
