2 videos will not play

I have had that happen sporadically during the Air Drop. The error message is "video not available ". Sometimes on other ads the screen is just black.

I play on an Android phone.

Very random for both issues. Never lasts long but I cannot see a pattern.

I am using an Android phone also - some ads play fine, some just show a still screen and nothing happens and others are just a black screen

@frankv Hi and welcome the issue with a couple of the ads is known and they are being looked into. hopefully these will be resolved soon

Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please clear the cache. This is important. If it's still that way, then the videos have a bug.

Please Clean cache files of your device. Also use Updated version . Log Out And Relogin After Sometime.
