Not sure if ccs sugar stars are working right or if I'm submitting this in the right place

Hi Pounawea, I'm on 4109 and today is my 1YR ANNIVERSARY!!!!

It took a couple of weeks to get past some of the hard levels since I don't purchase, but I like the challenge.

QUESTION:

I noticed when I complete a game and push next it takes me back to the same game I just finished which unfortunately uses a life, so I have to go back to map to go to next game. Also it doesn't give me a chance to spin for 7 bars it just asks if I want to continue using 10 bars which I dont have...help!!!

The good news is I'm ranked #8 for sugar stars and 1st on the main leaderboard. It's fun,but can you fix those issues, it would help.

Candy crush saga sugar stars. Using android galaxy 7, never had trouble til the beach games started. I put a screenshot showing that it doesn't give me an option to spend using 7 bars it goes straight to asking if I want to continue using 10 bars. Also it's taking my lives quickly because it reverts me back to the game I just successfully finished, so I have to leave the game go to the map and click the next game

@Haleakala Hi, The level issue sounds like the new episode ending that was done and then removed due to problems, for this check for a game up date and log out and restart your device, then log back in. Hopefully this will revert back to the normal episode ending.

The free spin is a test feature so this is not guaranteed to be in your game. Test features are groups of randomly selected people. So this just means your not in the te4st group for that feature at present, but you could be again in the future.

I'm not exactly talking about the free spins although those are not available either... I'm actually talking about when you don't finish the game and it gives you an option to spin for seven bars it doesn't let me do that it goes straight to offering just continuing with 10 bars... I've always been offered just been for seven bars and on top of that losing the lives without being able to pay anything is very frustrating

@Haleakala Hi, sorry should have explained a little better it all the same feature but different test groups , some have free spin with option of using gold bars after some still have option of 7 gold and others 10 gold. This just means your in the later group .

Okay well the problem still exists of losing lives when I push next... I've done everything everyone has suggested... The game was updated three days ago, I clear my cache and restart my phone regularly so I guess I'm just going to have to continue and hope for the best and wait for my lives to come back and not make the same mistake of automatically pushing next to move on to the next Bible. Thanks for your help but I truly appreciate how fast you guys are on top of this have a great day

Hi dear and welcome.

I saw your screenshot. Sure you will lose life as you have only 8 gold bars and you need 10 gold bars to continue. You dont have any choice in here. So very unfortunate but you have to clear your level within the allowed moves.
