@Audiophobie Hi and welcome my version is collect 4 yellow candy and break 19 icing and seems to be working perfectly on windows 10 app.
Can you check for a game update and log out and restart your device. then log back in and see if this resolves your problem

Requirement:
- Collect all the orders and Clear all 38 jellies reach 100,000 points to complete the level.
- You have only 27 Moves.
- Order = 4 Yellow Candy
Please Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

So, this is how it looks. I saw the Videos posted online, where there is chocolate spreading under the ice, so the keys get "eaten". In my version of the level, there is no chance to get the keys, maybe with a few color-bombs but even with that, it's nearly impossible. I deleted all of my CC Data, rebooted the phone, logged in again but the Level still looks like this.
